Senior Project Drafter
Tristan has worked as a Structural Drafter for over 12 years in Christchurch, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. He joined Holmes Consulting in 2016 and quickly became a trusted and valuable contributor within the structural design team.
Tristan has a strong focus on collaboration and enjoys fronting coordination meetings and working with other consultant disciplines. While Tristan primarily uses Revit software, he is always quick to try out new toys that will lead to better outcomes for all project parties.
Tristan has been a Discipline BIM Leader on a range of projects—though he has a keen interest in heritage restoration projects having been heavily involved in the likes of The Arts Centre restoration following the 2010/2011 Canterbury earthquakes.
Outside of work, Tristan is a big fan of the Canterbury Crusaders and the All Blacks and is a very passionate couch referee and commentator. Outside of BIM and rugby, Tristan also loves spending time with his wonderful wife, Helena, and their Golden Retriever, Luna.
